How do you package vinyl records for shipping?
We take pride in our 'bulletproof' packaging. Every record is shipped in a heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailer with extra padding to prevent corner dings, seam splits, and warping during transit.
Is every record you sell brand new?
While we specialize in 'New Vinyl' which includes factory-sealed current releases and reissues, we also stock a curated selection of high-quality vintage pressings. Each product page clearly indicates the condition and grading of the item.
What is your return policy for defective records?
If you receive a record with a manufacturing defect, such as excessive surface noise or warping that affects play, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our vinyl worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once a tracking number has been generated, we can no longer modify the shipment.
